Vanilla mousse 28.7%: whole milk, cream (cream, stabilizing agents: carrageenan), sugar, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), water, egg white (contains stabilizing agents: guar seed flour, xanthan gum), egg yolk, stabilizing agent: carrageenan, pure vanilla extract 0.8%, wheat glucose syrup in powder, spend vanilla pods.

Fruits mixture 19.8%: raspberries 35.2%, blackberries 21.1%, morello 21.1%, blackcurrant 11.3%, redcurrants 11.3%.

Keep it frozen, to serve take the cake out of the freezer and packaging. Place on serving dish and thaw for about 4 hours in the refrigerator. Keep in the freezer at (-18C; 1F), the shelf life is: 24 months Once defrosted, consume within 48 hours.
