Eclair Chocolate Flavor and Macaroons Crumbs

Chocolate confectioner’s custard 53%: confectioner’s custard (whole milk, sugar, whole egg, thickener : modified corn starch), whole milk, dark chocolate 12.8%  (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier : soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour),  liquid cream (cream, stabilizing agent : carrageenan), cocoa macaroons crumbs (sugar, icing (contains potato starch), almonds powder 20.5%, egg white, cocoa powder 6.5%, egg white in powder), cocoa mass.

Decoration 23.7%: cocoa fondant (fondant (sugar, wheat glucose syrup, water, emulsifier), liquid sugar (sugar, water), cocoa mass 11.7%), cocoa macaroon crumbs (sugar, icing (contains potato starch), almonds powder 20.5%, egg white, cocoa powder 6.5%, egg white in powder), sugar seeds, chopped almonds.

Puff pastry 23.3%:  whole eggs, wheat flour (wheat flour, wheat gluten, malted wheat flour , enzymes, antioxidant : ascorbic acid), water, whole milk, butter, salt.

May contain traces of nuts.

Take the desserts out of packaging, place on plate and thaw in refrigerator for about 3 hours. Take the dessert out 5 minutes before serving.
