Raspberry mousse, champagne flavoured bavarian cream with whole raspberries and shortbread biscuit base. Covered in pink colored velvet coating. Topped with raspberry macaroon, whole raspberry with raspberry coulis.

Raspberry mousse 40.6%: raspberry puree 40.3%, cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), sugar, egg white (egg white, stabilizing agents: guar seed flour, xanthan gum), water, wheat glucose syrup in powder, pork gelatin.

Champagne marc bavarois 28.7%: cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenans), whole milk, sugar, egg yolk, Champagne marc 5.2%, pork gelatin.

Decoration 9.7%: ivory velvet (sunflower oil, sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk in powder, butter oil, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), raspberry macaroon (almonds powder 29.3%, icing (contains potato starch), sugar, egg white, raspberry natural flavour 0.5%, egg white in powder, colouring), raspberry, sunflower oil, colouring: beet juice.

Shortbread 8.6%: wheat four (wheat flour, wheat gluten, bean flour), butter, sugar, almond powder, egg yolk, baking powder (disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate, sodium acid carbonate, wheat flour), salt.

Raspberry coulis 2.9%: raspberries puree 66.4% (raspberries 90%, sugar), water, liquid sugar (sugar, water), sugar, gelling agent: agar agar.

Remove from all packaging and place dessert on a serving dish and allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 3 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 12 hours.
